Directioner's Need To Stop Social Networking and Now!

                Today, I decided to Google quotes from one of my favorite singers (the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of All Time Low, Alex Gaskarth) on the subject of suicide because I wanted to verify I quote I found by him on tumblr. Expecting to see random things about the bands song “Lullabies,” (which is about his older brother, Tom, who did commit suicide) I did not. I saw tumblr posts on rants about Directioners. Considering I am not a fan of One Direction at all, I decided why not find another reason to hate them. And boy, do I hate them now!

                I knew that Alex tweeted something bad about a One Direction song, and I agree with it completely and so do many online websites. But like always, super fans of teen sensations take things TOO far just like they did with the Drake Bell and Justin Bieber thing. Something was tweeted that definitely shouldn’t have been. People started sending Alex death threats just like Beliebers with Drake, but they stepped over the line.

                They told Alex to kill himself.

                Being a Hustler (All Time Low fan) and someone who has had a dark time in their life where they saw that as an option, I found that not only offensive but one of the meanest things someone can say to someone. But what made my blood boil was people bringing his brother into this. One tweet stated “NO WONDER HE KILLED HIMSELF, HE HATED ALEX TOO.” Pardon my French but that just person needs to shut the hell up! Alex’s brother did not kill himself because he hated Alex and saying that is not only mean and cruel and only shows your character as an ignorant idiot. I get it; you don’t like how he dissed your precious One Direction. Just wishing death upon him is crossing the line, but telling him to kill himself like his brother and telling him his brother did it because he hated Alex, that crosses the line so much it’s just a dot in the distance that can barely be seen. Seriously? Saying something like that. Not only is suicide something you don’t even joke about, but telling someone who had nothing to do with it they caused it, that is unacceptable.

                So hopefully people can report or just tell this person how stupid and insensitive they are. Here are some screen shots of the mean and ignorant tweets on Alex about killing himself and his brother who did.

                To twitter user @onelove1dc, I would like to correct a tweet; you state that Alex is “mad” because he doesn’t have a world tour. As I recall, All Time Low has toured all over the world, and I am quoting Alex when I saw “we have been too all the continents except for Africa and Antarctica.” All Time Low has been all over, they have five albums, The Party Scene, So Wrong, Its Right, Nothing Personal (My personal favorite), Dirty Work, and Don’t Panic. All great albums, (although Dirty Work wasn’t the best music wise, but was excellent lyric wise, oh, and I Feel Like Dancin’ was a Satire song, not them conforming to society’s norm of tasteless music about nothing). All Time Low has accomplished a lot in their near ten years as a band. They may not have had any number one hits on the radio but there music is amazing and I would much rather them be where they are then as big as One Direction. Most number one hit makers who are adored by billions get two full of themselves and are brats not to mention let the fame go to their head! After touring the world last year, the day after they got back, drummer Rian Dawson helped his parents remodel their kitchen. Instead of sleeping all day and being a lazy bum like me when there is no school, he helped his parents remodel their kitchen. How I know this, he tweeted about it. Why did he do it? Because he is well grounded. (Not grounded in trouble, but he knows that he isn’t larger than life, he is a well-rounded person who doesn’t let the hundreds of bras being thrown on stage get to his head). All Time low is amazing and the fact that someone would say something like that to Alex is just so wrong and bringing his brother into it is just cruel. Never speak ill of the dead and don’t tell someone that a loved one killing themselves is their fault.

                Guess what I found out after learning Directioners wish that to Alex Gaskarth, but they wish it to Kenadee Lucker to kill herself also. Kenadee Lucker? She is the daughter metal band Suicide Silence’s lead singer, Mitch Lucker’s daughter. She is only five years old. Yes, Directioner’s are wishing for a five year old girl to kill herself. Don’t believe me? Here are a few screen shots of them wishing death upon Kenadee and saying mean things about Mitch and the band.

Yeah, people said those things. So go find them on twitter and report them, or harass them, I know it’s not being the bigger person in the situation, but hey, I will do that when someone wishes death on a five year old because she is sad her dad died.

Also, I would like to touch the subject on how metal music is “stupid.” If you think that is, then good for you, now please run along and find something productive to do! Now here is a little shout out to user @IDslayz, grow the hell up and get a life. Stop saying “emo people” should learn from Mitch Lucker and go kill ourselves. I am going to quote Andy Biersack of Black Veil Brides when I say that, “don't allow them to call you emo or whatever else, those things don't exist, that’s the term of a guy who trolls message boards." Yes, Emo is the term of a guy who not only trolls message boards, but apparently twitter too. Suicide Silence was and is an amazing band and Mitch was a very amazing vocalist. Now onto your next tweets, “if people cared about suicidal silence, I would of heard of him.” Obviously people care about him and their music and think their awesome or else they wouldn’t be famous and touring a lot. “how was Mitch Lucker an inspiration, he cut himself, plus he was ugly.” He was an inspiration because he has inspired people in the music industry, every artist has an inspiration. He was one to many bands and people wanting to be like them and have a similar sound and success. As for cutting, I would love it if you would educate yourself on the subject before making a comment; I am not going to respond to someone so ignorant on the subject. As for ugly, he wasn’t. he was good looking. You just obviously are attracted to scrawny British boys who can’t sing that well and only have somewhat of a decent song. Next tweet, no they did not win 4 VMA’s. Awards don’t mean you are the best band out there, some of the best bands don’t have many awards, but just great music, take Rise Against for example, they haven’t won many, but Tim McIlarth has an amazing voice and is backed up with the rest of Rise Against, they have won two awards but have been nominated for six. They are still successful and have obviously made a lot of money since they are still around. next tweet, “It’s not my fault Mitch Lucker died, he should have made better music, he was obviously jealous of One Direction success.” Suicide Silence has over two million Facebook fans and have been around for ten years, One Direction has been around for like two. I highly doubt they even have heard of One Direction and if so, it was because Mitch’s daughter. Next tweet by you. “did mitch lucker cut his emo wrist? Is that how he died? Lol”   I stated earlier I am not going to waste my time telling an ignorant person the reason for cutting, so Google it and listen to someone who has been there and done that when they explain it. and suicide is nothing to joke about and be happy for. Next tweet. “people need to open their eyes and realize that One Direction are the best, even better then suicidal silence.” First off, its SUICIDE Silence, not Suicidal Silence. Second, there are many, many other bands and singers that are better than them; here I will name a few

Now, I am going to respond to tweets about his adorable, now fatherless, daughter Kenadee. “Kenadee should been aborted.” Nice grammer. The smart-ass me would respond “you should have been aborted” but I am not going to stoop to someone’s level like that. wishing someone dead, again only people with no morals do that. “Mitch Lucker, please come back to us.,..SO YOU CAN DIE AGAIN” again, very classy. “Kenadee, please do me a favor and DIE” being happy with someone’s death is one thing, but wishing death upon their five year old daughter? That again, crosses the line so far that it again is just a dot in the distance. You don’t wish death upon five year old girls! So please, go spam up @claraxOlivia. Let them know how you feel when death threats are being sent to fie year old girls.

This next person is apparently a “selenationer” (Selena Homez fan) and she goes by the user @iZarryBrat. Yes, you are brat for tweeting “if kenadee lucker misses mitch so much, cant she just kill herself and stop whining?” how classy. Yes, of course a five year old girl is going to miss her dad when he dies unexpectedly in a motercyle accident. Telling her to kill herself is yet again, crossing the line so far that it’s a dot in the distance. No, it’s not even a dot in the distance, its miles and miles away. What kind of sick person wishes for a five year old to kill herself? So please, go find her and spam her. it would bring me great pleasure. Seriously.

Why is it that Dircetioner’s are doing this to people? Wishing death and suicide on people who don’t deserve it, one being a suicide victim’s brother and the other being a five year old girl. Why is it that our generation is even stooping so low. First Belieber’s go after Drake Bell, now Directioner’s  after Alex Gaskarth and a five year old girl.

People claim that listening to metal music is “dangerous” and “evil” yet I don’t send artist’s death threats for not agreeing with my opinion, neither do my other friends who listen to that genre. Why do the Beliebers and Directioners take this too far and not get in trouble? There are twelve year olds out there telling people to commit suicide all to defend their “precious” British boy band.

Grow up. Seriously, grow the hell up and learn to respect people and don’t send death threats and death upon people and telling them to kill themselves.

Alex Gaskarth is an amazing singer and guitarist. He didn’t deserve any of that for an opinion and his dead brother didn’t need to be brought into it. Alex is amazing and inspiration to many and so is his music which has saved countless lives including mine. The bands sarcastic attitudes and love for their fans and love for fun is amazing and what makes them special.

Kenadee Lucker is an innocent bystander in this and the fact that someone told her to kill herself is unacceptable. She is five years old and just lost her dad. The fact that someone would do that just boggles my mind. People need to have souls and realize when they are being cruel and you really should go learn how to be a decent human being and until then, refrain from using social networking and maybe tape your mouth shut.

I really hope this generation can get its crap together and stop being cruel to people and doing that. One can only hope that Directioner’s and Belieber’s can grow the hell up and become decent human beings.

Why I Would Vote For Obama

The 2012 election is coming up fast and the race is super close. For once in my life, I actually fear learning the outcome. I can’t imagine a country ran by republican Mitt Romney. Not only is he a flip-flopping hypocritical jackwagon, he just is too rich to know lower class and middle class problem. Sadly, I am only fifteen and I cannot vote in this election, but if I could, I would vote for Democrat Barack Obama.

                I would vote for Obama for many reasons. One being his support for LGBT rights and getting rid of DOMA and Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. Because of that, one of my closest friends, Maia is now able to get married and join the military if she wants to. Mitt Romney plans on amending the constitution banning same sex marriage and getting rid of her right to marry or even be in a civil union or domestic partnership and I am not sure if he has stated he wants to bring back Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, but I according to his beliefs on what he has said so far, I am pretty sure he would bring it back, which a lot of republican’s tried to block it when Obama wanted to get rid of it.

                President Obama is ok with abortion. I am not a huge fan of abortion when it comes to someone who uses that as their birth control and continues to get them more than once. If there is a way the baby can have a good life, I think you should try to carry the baby to term but it’s not up to me to enforce that or advocate for that when it is truly a woman’s choice. I also think that if it was rape or incest (which pregnancy can happen as a result of that unlike what Republican douche Todd Akin says about that “legitimate rape” crap and this is what Romney keeps flipping on) I support the woman’s right to choose even more because of that and I also really support it if the woman’s life is in danger. Unlike a lot of Republican/conservatives, I don’t see rape and “another form of conception.” And I don’t think the government should tell you what to do with your body. Vice President Joe Biden doesn’t really believe in abortion due to his religion, but he doesn’t think that gives him the right to force his beliefs on others while douche bag Paul Ryan does and has stated he is prolife because of a personal and religious view and is the one that stated “rape is just another form of conception,” he supports legitimate rape, and thinks that a rapist has the right to visit and see the child he fathered while violating an innocent woman.

                Romney has practically already declared war on Iran when we don’t even have substantial proof they have nuclear weapons. Experts even say that they don’t and are not “four years closer” to getting a nuclear weapon. I agree with Obama when he states that war should be a last resort while Romney is all fine and dandy with starting another war and sending out more soldiers just to die on the front line for a war that we shouldn’t even be fighting. I hate war with a burning passion but understand that we do have to go to war to help keep our country safe and help others, but if it is pointless and just making us even more enemies with a country who we have no proof is even doing the things we are accusing them of, then I am against it. I am actually watching to movie Saving Private Ryan (good movie, I recommend it because it has Matt Damon in it and I love Matt Damon, but it isn’t for people who can’t watch bloody shootouts and many deaths in a scene that lasts over ten minutes long) as I write this and it just makes me angrier that he is ok with war and even supported the Iraq one and just seems all fine and dandy with it.

                Romney is not even ok with women making the same salary as men even if we are working the same job. Hello? Just because I have boobs and don’t have a dick, doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t make as much money as a man if we have the exact same job position for the same company. I am an equal and deserve to be treated as one. I deserve the same salary and same benefits. Luckily, in Washington State, it is illegal for a man to make more money than a women when they have the exact same job position, but I am planning on going to Montana later in life and I don’t know if it is illegal there for a man to make more than a woman but with Montana being a mostly conservative republican state, one would think it is likely that law isn’t there and it is legal for men to make more than women. Honestly, if feels like it’s the women’s rights movement again back in the nineteen twenties and that time. Yes, we can vote and have rights, but I think that I should have the right to make the same amount of money as a man while Romney doesn’t think that and even some hard core republicans and conservatives believe that women aren’t “smart enough” to vote. And guess who said that. A woman! Yes, a woman said that some women weren’t smart enough to vote.

                As a human being, I believe everyone has the right to be healthy, even if they are born with a pre-existing medical condition. Romney will deny them healthcare, not only does that go against my morals and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but it honestly makes him the main character in the six Saw movie. Yes people, I am comparing Mitt Romney to a character in a Saw movie. The six one is my favorite because I believe the guy who went through the trap sort of deserved it because of how many people he let die. To catch you all up, a man who runs an insurance agency goes out of his way to make sure people are not covered so he makes more money. He denied Jigsaw money and treatment for his cancer so Jigsaw hated him and it is also shown a man who was denied health insurance for heart disease because when he was very young, probably my age actually when he had oral surgery which he neglected to tell him so he wouldn’t cover him because oral surgery can somehow lead to heart disease. So yes, I am comparing Romney to that man because of his beliefs on health insurance and how not everyone has the right to have it affordable and be healthy. Oh no! You say I am wrong and Romney wants that and his plan does have it affordable? Well, no sir or ignorant child that lives down the street from me whose family’s political signs just got stolen and is part of the stupid tea party which is one of the many things that is wrong with this country, are wrong considering Romney’s plan doesn’t. He doesn’t give a damn about people who are low income; he even refers to them as the poor. If I was a poor person, I would prefer to be called low income instead of poor during presidential debates, it would make me feel better about myself. Oh and by the way ignorant little boy, Fox “News” isn’t real news. It is actually banned in Canada for that very reason. Go Canadians!

                Last but not least, the economy. That is a tricky subject for me since I am just fifteen and don’t quite understand everything about the economy and the deficit and stuff like that, but dude, you ant just expect Obama to fix everything in four years after George W. Bush took eight years to kill it. And your precious little “Mittens” claims he can fix it in 8-10 years. So don’t have a bitch attack on Obama because he didn’t fix it in four ignorant boy down the street. Also, Romney doesn’t give any detail on how he will fix. And don’t give me the “what the hell are you talking about crazy Obama lover, he has this five point plan.” He won’t freaking elaborate on it! So please understand that Mittens doesn’t want to help us. If he did, he wouldn’t lie all the time, and wouldn’t be shipping American jobs overseas to China so he can be richer.

                So to end a very angry blog entry on why I would vote for Obama, I will recap the reasons, he is for LGBT Rights, Woman’s Rights to fair pair and to choose, doesn’t want to go to war with Iran, and believes that everyone has the right to be healthy. Not to mention the things he has done in the past three, almost four years he has been in office, such as ending the war in Iraq, bailed out Detroit, lowered job loss, fought for clean air and not to mention, OSAMA BIN LADIN IS DEAD! (YAY FOR JUSTICE AGAINST TERRORISTS) This is all thanks to Obama who definitely deserves a second term and should beat Mittens in the election on Tuesday.

Skillet Copies Three Days Grace?

I am a pretty hardcore fan of Three Days Grace. I heard of them through a friend and fell in love with their music; Never Too Late helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. I plan on getting “it’s not too late, it’s never too late” tattooed on my ribcage, but besides that, I love them and their music. It would be amazing to see them live.

One X is my favorite album, a lot of the stuff on that album Adam wrote while he was in rehab for his drug addiction. I used to have an addiction. Slicing my skin open with a blade for an emotional release. My favorite songs off that album are “Pain,” “Riot,” “One X,” “Time of Dying,” “Never Too Late” and “Animal I Have Become.”

Not too long ago, I discovered the band Skillet while listening to the Black Veil Brides Pandora radio station. I really like them and their sound, so when I was at Target looking through the CD’s and saw their album Awake; I just had to buy it. The song Monster is the second track. Upon hearing it, I couldn't help think of Animal I Have Become. The lyrics were very similar.

Animal I Have Become starts out as “I can’t escape this hell/ so many times I tried/but it’s still caged inside/somebody get me through this nightmare/I can’t control myself”

Monster starts out with “the secret side of me/I’d never let you see/I keep it caged I but can’t control it/so stay away from me/the beast is ugly/I feel the rage/and I can’t control it/it’s written on the walls/in the closet/in the halls/it comes awake and I can’t control it/hiding under the bed/in my body/in my head/why won’t somebody come and save me from this/make it end”

It may not be too similar but I still can see connections. Adam talks about going through Hell and he can’t escape while Skillet singer, John Cooper talks about not being able to control himself and it’s his dark side. There are similar lines. “I keep it caged by I can’t control it,” “it comes awake and I can’t control it” and “I can’t control myself,” then “why won’t somebody come and save me from this” and “somebody get me through this nightmare”

Now, going into the chorus, Animal I Have Become goes “so what if you can see/the darker side of me/no one will ever change this animal I have become/help me believe/it’s not the real me/somebody help me tame this animal/this animal/this animal,”

Monster goes “I feel it deep within/it’s just beneath the skin/I must confess that I feel like a monster/I hate what I become/the nightmares just begun/I must confess that I feel like a monster/I, I, I feel like a monster/I, I, I feel like a monster

This isn’t as similar as the first verse, but I still see connections. “This animal, this animal” and “I, I, I feel like a monster/I, I, I feel like a monster” “I hate what I become” and “no one will ever change this animal I have become”

Next verse

“I can’t escape myself/so many times I tried/but there’s still rage inside/somebody get me through this nightmare/I can’t control myself”

And “my secret side of me/I keep it under lock and key/I keep it caged/but I can’t control it/cause if I let it out/it’ll tear me up/break me down/why won’t somebody save me from it/make it end”

More similar lines, they both start out nearly like the first verse, Adam is trying to hide being an animal while John does mention it being “secret side of me” and that “it’ll tear me up/break me down” but both want “somebody to get me through this nightmare” or “somebody save me from it”.

Now, going into the third verse, Three Days Grace doesn’t really have one, “somebody help me though this nightmare/I can’t control myself/somebody wake me from  this nightmare/this animal/this animal, this animal/ this animal”

And Monster goes “its hiding in the dark/its teeth are razor sharp/there is no escape from me/it wants my soul/it wants my heart/ no one can hear me scream/maybe it’s just a dream/or maybe its inside of me/ stop this monster”

Not that similar, but Monster talks about it being a dream while Animal I Have Become talks about it being a nightmare but both are asking for help.

Now when it comes to the music, there are also similarities.

Animal I Have Become starts out with one instrument, then adds a guitar and then another. Monster starts out with one guitar, and then adds the drums and when John starts to sing, another guitar is added. I don’t know much about music. I can only play Mockingbird by Eminem on the piano and Remembering Sunday by All Time Low of the guitar and got a C+ in Music Lab at my school but I think the music parts are pretty similar. I think the progression of the sound is similar though.

The last thing I am going to look at is the music videos. Animal I Have Become starts out with the band playing and flashes to Adam in his room lying in his bed before getting up and looking in the mirror and getting dressed and going onto the streets of Toronto. His reflection in the windows is a monster with piercing red eyes. He continues to walk and bumps into people but keeps going. And doesn’t look back. His next reflection looks like a demon version of him. Next he is in a bar and bumps into more people before reaching a table and putting his head down and attractive women comes over and puts her hand on his back to see if he is ok, he looks up at her and she then has a demonic face. Adam then flips out and wakes up in his room which is trashed. When not following Adam’s story, you see the band performing in a room with red walls.

Monster starts with John strapped to a gurney with a bandage wrapped around his head but one eye is not covered. Doctors are around him watching and trying to sedate him and keep him down, but John is able to break free and rip the bandages off his face. Then you see John’s wife and bands rhythm guitarist, Korey being pronounced dead and a sheet being put over her face. Her eyes then open and she shoves the sheet off of her and jumps up. The doctor calls for assistance and you next see her and John running through the halls of the hospital being chased by SWAT.

Although the videos don’t match, a lot of the lyrics do. So is it safe to ask, did Skillet copy Three Days Grace, or is it a coincidence that the songs are very alike?

Mitt Romney Against Human Rights?

                Everyone knows who Mitt Romney is, the Republican candidate for President of the United States. Romney is one of those people either you hate (like me) or love (like that douche who lives down the street from me). Recently Romney is known for not understanding why you can’t open the windows on an airplane. (At a young age, even though I didn’t know why, I still understood that you can’t open the windows or bad things would happen). Romney is also known for his comment about 47% of Americans who think they are entitled to healthcare and food and shelter.

                Well, Mr. Romney, you are obviously want to be president so you are familiar with the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, where it says that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed with certain unalienable rights, and among these rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” (I will get to that later), but is Romney aware of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights? Obviously not because he seems to be ignoring three of the thirty rights we are given just by being born and a member of the human race.

                Since he knows nothing about this document and it is very rare that a lot of people do, why don’t I give a little history lesson.

                In the year of 1948, the United Nations adopted the document after the experience of the Second World War when it came to Nazi Germany. After that awful war, the UN vowed to never let anything that awful happen again. The first draft of the document was made in 1947 and the work was later taken over by a formal drafting committee consisting of members of the commission from 8 states, selected by geographical location. The Commission of Human Rights was made up of 18 Members all from various political, cultural and religious backgrounds

                Later, the beautiful document was born and the human race was given thirty rights that we were born with. The rights we all are entitled to are

1.       Everyone is free and should be treated in the same way.

2.       Everyone is equal despite differences in skin color, sex, religion, and language for example.

3.       Everyone has the right to life and to live in freedom and safety

4.       No one has the right to treat you as a slave nor should you make anyone a slave

5.       No one has the right to hurt you or torture you

6.       Everyone has the right to be treated equally by the law

7.       The law is the same for everyone, it should be applied in the same way to all

8.       Everyone has the right to ask for legal help when their rights are not respected

9.       No one has the right to imprison you unjustly or expel you from your own country

10.   Everyone has the right to a fair and public trial

11.   Everyone should be considered innocent until proven guilty

12.   Everyone has the right to ask for help if someone tries to harm you, but no one can enter your home, open your letters, or bother you or your family without good reason

                During a speech at a private dinner, Romney said that 47% of us “think” we are entitled to food, shelter and adequate healthcare. That is true. Because we are entitled to them

                According to right number twenty five, we ARE entitled to the adequate standard of living which does include food and shelter and adequate healthcare which we ARE entitled to when we are sick. Romney doesn’t think we are, he even thinks “adequate” healthcare is calling 9-1-1 when someone’s heart decided to give out and try to kill them.

                Romney, why is it that you don’t believe in human rights, you want to deny people of their right to food, shelter and health.

                Not only is Romney against those rights, he is against same sex marriage and wants to add an amendment to the United States constitution banning it. Not only is that just plain wrong, it is also against human rights. Right number sixteen is that we are all given the right to marry and have a family.

                If Romney is against these simple human rights, what else is there? We already know he is going against right number 2. Everyone is equal despite differences in skin color, SEX, gender, religion, language. ECT. Romney and his douchebag vice president nominee are trying to take away women’s right to choose along with her healthcare.

                What other rights does Romney want to take away from us American citizens? Make him and his rich buddies above the law? Our freedom of religion which is already being taken away by not separating church and state? Even as a Christian, I believe in the separation of church and state. Religion should stay in church or in private schools where everyone is there to learn that along with the academics required by the state. What about number thirty on the list? No one can take away these rights. This whole thing literally sickens to me! Not only that, but how ignorant he and a lot of conservatives are. They keep putting the law of the religion before the law of the land. As a Christian, I know the bible is a book of contradictions because it is written by several people. It says homosexuals prostitutes are to be put to death, yet it says Thou Shall Not Kill. So if you base all your beliefs on religion alone and only that and nothing else, nothing is going to make sense. You have to add facts and know that not everything in the bible needs to be taken so literal.

                Either way, Mitt Romney cannot become president. Don’t let him take our rights away from us. Don’t elect him into office. Vote for Barack Obama.

Kingsley Says Drake Bell Is An Attention Whore. I Don't Think So.

First off, I want to say I love all parties in this argument equally. Drake was amazing on Drake and Josh and the Amanda Show and is a very talented guitarist and singer and Kingsley makes me laugh whenever I need to get in a better mood after life deals me more crap that I am getting used to not to mention Kingsley is gay and I love gay people. I find them really awesome and gay guys are amazing and I wish I had one for a best friend.

So, apparently back in July Drake Bell tweeted something about Katy Perry’s movie and how she shouldn’t have made it after being in the industry for five years or something along those lines and Katy went all Rihanna on him and called him saying something about being a hater and Drake (unlike Kingsley, I am calling Drake Bell just Drake because the actual “popular Drake” sucks. I wish he would just retire and I currently hate him because of this YOLO epidemic) responded that he was hacked and would never call out Katy like that but however that pansy Justin Bieber maybe.

Was Drake hacked? It’s possible. Is it likely? Maybe. Do I hate him for calling out Katy if it is really Drake who said that? No. I am a little sad that it was Katy he was dissing instead of Justin Bieber because Katy is pretty cool unlike Bieber, who as I can recall, has been in the industry less time than Katy when he came out with Never Say Never and according to online, Justin became active in the industry in 2009 and Katy in 2000, therefore she hasn’t been here for five years, it was twelve years and the pansy Bieber has only four. So whoever tweeted that whether it was Drake or the hacker guy got their facts wrong.

So after the comment on Bieber, apparently Drake got hate mail and all that crap, which is not cool. My favorite bands have been dissed several times and I don’t send those people hate mail, although if it is in person, like that annoying girl from my school who thinks she’s so cool, I will tell her to back off, those band’s music has helped me through the worst time in my life, including going into treatment for myself injury problem and who’s music has saved my life, so she needs to calm down and stop dissing on my Three Days Grace, All Time Low, Simple Plan and Demi Lovato. I don’t go dissing on your Red Hot Chili Peppers! Anywho, I don’t send hate mail, I'm more mature and civilized then most of those Beliebers. Fans of Three Days Grace, All Time Low, Simple Plan and the other many, many, many bands i listen to are more mature to not send hate mail and even death threats. And if Drake did correct the tweeters grammar and crap, awesome. It shows he is more educated then the idiots who run around sending hate tweets at a person they don’t even know personally. I hate Bieber and One Direction, but do I go around tweeting them death threats or hate mail. No I do not.

Next Kingsley said something about Drake tweeting a picture of him playing the guitar and offering to give Bieber guitar lessons. Cool. And then Kingsley said something I find highly untrue. No girl wants to fuck the guitar player, it’s the drummer. I find that wrong; let’s take my favorite bands for example. All Time Low, guitarist Jack Barakat or drummer Rian Dawson, if I was a girl who screwed band members (which I am certainly not and don’t plan on ever being, but if you are, then good for you, my opinion of you does not change. girls should be able to have as much sex as guys and not be called whores about it) I would rather screw Jack Barakat. Why? I don’t know, I just find him hotter, and rhythm guitarist and lead singer Alex Gaskarth, yes, yes I would. Even over Jack Barakat. I find Alex Gaskarth a sexy beast. Next, Pierce The Veil, although Mike Fuentes is gorgous, he is a major manwhore so i would much rather screw Tony Perry. Blessthefall, i find Elliot and Eric better looking than Matt, plus Matt just got engaged so he is off limits. Of Mice & Men, Alan Ashby is more attractive then Tino Arteaga in my personal opionion. . Green Day, my friend and I actually used to fight over Billie Joe Armstrong. So I would pick him in that category over Tre Cool. I could literally go on for hours with the same result here. Kingsley I am proof that girls would not want to screw the drummer over the guitarist.

Next, apparently Drake tweeted that Justin’s music must be full of hate If his fans are doing all the hating. (Nice voice Kingsley and the fondue thing were humorous). Well, I never liked Bieber, and never will. He sounds like a five year old girl and is uglier then then Chad Duell from General Hospital who took Drew Garrett’s role on there after the stupid writer fired him. As for hate in his music, no, but every time there is a new teeny bopper these days, stupid teenage girls go crazy and would literally kill for this teeny bopper they worship. So Drake, it’s not his music that made them so hateful, it’s the fact that they are stupid teenage girls. Yes, stupid. I would never kill for All Time Low or Black Veil Brides or Three Days Grace, even for Demi, and she practically saved my life. If I was asked to, I would say I love you but no, that doesn’t follow my moral standards or my religion. God said Thou Shall Not Kill; therefore, I do not kill.

That is when Kingsley said Drake had gotten a couple more thousand followers and became an attention whore demon thing and tweets just to piss off Beliebers. “Drakesters vs. Beliebers. At least ours is spelled correctly”. Yes, it is spelled correctly, I always did hate the term Belieber. It sounds like salty garbage. And then he tweeted a picture of a hilariously photo shopped photo of Justin as a drag queen and then something about he doesn’t hate him, his fans are mean.

Yes, yes they are, one bitched me out last February after tweeting that I listened to a whole Justin Bieber song on the radio and had no idea it was him until it was almost over because of how high his voice was, this bitch was freaking vicious! She called me pathetic and kept told me pretty mean stuff to the point where I had to tweet her saying dude, it’s not nice to say that crap, especially when you are talking to a recovering self-harmer and someone who is pretty suicidal at that moment and then she was all OMG I am sorry, you bieber haters just make me sick. My friend Maia then bitched her out, saying she was pathetic after tweeting “eurgh! Talking to a hater of Justin just makes me sick.” That bitch’s username was @OMGBieberHolics and is now @BloomingBieber and has her name as Tom Daley. 

After tweeting that 70% of Justin’s twitter followers are eggs (interesting word choice, but it sure did make me laugh!), Kingsley said he wished Drake was an egg on someone’s plate at IHOP. He wouldn’t want someone to eat it, but he still wanted Drake as an egg. Interesting thing to want. Actually, that is the weirdest thing I have heard you say Kingsley.

So, in conclusion of this weird blog that nobody reads other than my mom and the one friend from kindergarten I recently came in contact with again after being enrolled in the same Driver’s Ed, Kingsley, I find that rant weird, and I have proved you wrong on the guitarist/drummer thing who would want to be screwed more. Drake, as much as I support you with this, which I do and I love the fact that you made those comments about Bieber,, I think maybe this should just die along with YOLO and that way people will forget that and those dumbass beliebers will stop sending hate mail and death threats.

As for Drake being an “attention whore,” I honestly don’t think he was. He was getting his opinion out there, like me, except Drake is on twitter where he has a bunch of followers and my only follower here is the friend I mentioned earlier along with my mom. So Kingsley, ease up on Drake and Drake, let the Bieber thing die so you can get those dumbass Beliebers off your ass so they can hopefully do something productive with their time. (Which is highly unlikely)

My Day With Westboro

If you don’t know what the Westboro Baptist Church is, look at my entry, Church or Cult? and you will learn what they are about. To sum them up, they are one of the biggest hate groups in the U.S next to the KKK, they protest funerals of fallen soldiers, protest churches, protest Lady Gaga concerts and are known for their hatred toward the LGBT community.

The WBC came to the Seattle area and me and my awesome friend Maia were out there counter protesting them.

My day began today at 6:50 when I woke up. I woke up and got ready for my day by getting dressed, doing my makeup, and grabbing a frapichino then me, my dad and my protest sign were out the door and on our way to pick up Maia and head to the first location. There me and Maia met this really nice lady who talked to us and applauded us, being only fifteen and eighteen and out there protesting. Her parents were from Topeka, Kansas where this cult is from and they had to get an injunction to keep them away from their temple. As we talked, we noticed something. One of the flags on one of the crazy members of the WBC’s their waists hit the ground. That made a counter protester very mad! He got very angry and yelled across the street at them to not do that. The head lady over there, Margie, started shushing the man from across the street and another fellow counter protester yelled that the man was voicing his opinion, just like our Bill of Rights states. The man told the WBC crazy if he didn’t like this country then leave and they actually got into an argument. the crazy from WBC started preaching stuff that sounded like mumbo jumbo. The Man even called them an abomination after the crazy called us an abomonation. The man was called a fool and the crazy went on a bunch of other rants about religious stuff that makes no since. When he read my sign (it said “if you do not love, you don’t know God, because God is love 1 John 4:8) and went on about how God stated “I love you, now these are my commandments now tell the whole story” another shouting match ensued on that story and how he claims “thou shall not divorce and remarry” is a commandment and when pointed out to him it wasn’t, he claimed that everything was his commandment.

After that, it got silent and Maia and I started singing Born This Way and I Kissed A Girl, so we couldn't hear Margie singing their song “God Hates America.” Not too long after that, the cult’s getaway van arrived and we all left to the next location.

After we got to the next location and were walking over and a girl approached us and asked if she could pray for us. I thought that was really nice of her so we did a prayer before going to our corner to counter protest. This church was in a more populated area and even more counter protesters showed up. Two with signs that were about supporting our troops. One of the many, many evil things this “church” is known to do is protest funerals of fallen soldiers who died fighting for our country and their right to free speech so they can continue to spread their hate and their filth all over the country. It is awesome that they are banned from the U.K and Canada. Maybe I should move there, just so I don’t have to put up with being in the same country as these crazies! Just like the man said at the first protest, if you don’t like it here, then leave! While at this picket, I noticed that apparently, God hates grammar. On one of their signs it said ‘Christians’ caused Fag Marriage. Last time I checked, you use “” not ‘’ when trying to put the point across that it is being sarcastic or something along that manner. The grammar Nazi in my Writing For Publication would have had a heart attack and caused a scene right there. I kind of wish she was there so she could. It would have been hilarious to watch them argue with her on that and see their expressions. It would be pretty epic. What surprised me the most was when more and more people showed up.

Across the street where they were protesting, a Canadian who was making a documentary was there interviewing the crazy that got into the argument with the man about the American flag was talking to her for a good ten minutes most likely doing his “preaching” like he did to the man at the church before. What a camera whore (that’s what Maia and I called him). I knew who he was. I saw him in the Westboro Documentary by Louis Theroux. He kicked out his own daughter because she questioned the message they were spreading. This is the guy who produced the music spoofs and helps make the protest signs. I wish I had the guts to yell, “Where’s Lauren” just to get a rise out of him, but I didn’t. you can’t hold a conversation with a crazy, let alone an argument, plus, I my mom always told me not to poke the crazies. It wouldn’t end well.

One thing I noticed here was that there was this silent protester who sat gracefully behind the crazies. She had love and a bunch of quotes written on her. at first, I thought she might have been a member of them who didn’t want to do it anymore, but then I saw what was written on her and since it was nice and meaningful love and not hate, I knew she was one of the good guys.

A couple other people showed up and what they were holding was American flags. That was pretty awesome. The two with the flags held them high and let them flow in the wind. It was great to have more Patriotic people there.

The next location we went to the counter protesters arrived first. They had a half an hour break between locations, but the counter protesters wouldn’t take a break from standing up for what they believe in. I am not sure if that protest was when a man older man in a kilt showed up or if at the church before. Either way, I knew instantly he was a cool guy. His shirt was white and he drew on it with fabric markers. It stated “Every Human Has Rights.“ it was pretty cool. This location had three different areas for the counter protesters. It was street that had a turn that lead to the church so Westboro was across the street while we counter protesters  were on each side of the turn and some of us went to their side and stood next to him, like the guy with the sign that says “fuck this guy” and points towards one of the Crazies.  Two new girls showed up. One was around my age, I know that because she asked me if I went to MGHS and when I replied saying yes, I am a MG Charger, she informed me we were in the same Music Lab class but she came in toward the end of the year which is when I hid in the practice rooms with my pals Kannaah and Gabby. It was cool to see someone from my school there. She and her girlfriend then crossed the street and stood next to Margie Phelps. One of the girl’s signs said “WTF?” And pointed towards her. the others said “God Hates Signs.” Not too long after that they turned their sings over and one said “I kiss her.” the girl was referring to her girlfriend who was with her. her girlfriends sign said “Homosexuality is sin-sational.”

While at this location, the counter protesters yelled back and forth to each other making jokes and pretty much mocking the WBC. This is when a bunch of cars started honking at us in appreciation for counter protesting these freaks. Every time someone would honk, we would all cheer and wave. Maia even got a semi-truck to honk his horn.

One of the funniest things that happened at this location was when Maia spotted their getaway van parked less than a block away in a fire line. Maia then yelled out to her cop friend that was patrolling the area that we needed a tow truck. Everyone started laughing. Too bad he wasn’t in the area anymore and their getaway van was not towed. That would have been hilarious. But no, the getaway van came and whisked them all away to the next location. Maia’s church.

At this location more people showed up. It was amazing! So many people were supporting our messages of good faith and that homosexuality is not a sin and our country is not a doomed nation. Not too long into this protest was when Margie started singing God Hates America. I looked to Maia and she knew what I was thinking. Time to start singing something else louder. After looking through my iPhone, we decided on Firework. Something Maia knew all the lyrics too. I sang along too, not very well though. I sound like a dying walrus when I sing. What would have been awesome is if my dad parked the car close and I could have plugged my phone into the docking system and we could have blasted Born This Way. It would have been awesome!

Not too long after that their getaway van arrived which I found very weird, they had only been there for about fifteen minutes. They cut out early. That was interesting. From the research I have done on them, they have never cut out early. They always stayed for the full amount of time on their schedule. But today they didn’t do that.

They didn’t even show up at the last location either.  All us counter protesters showed up and just waited and while we waited we got to know each other better and more cars honked at us loving our message of love that we were spreading. Some of the people I got to know were Tiffany Peterson and her friend Dylan Richardson. Tiffany held a sign that stated “religion poisons everything” and a gay pride flag. Her sign was true. Religion does not mix with other parts of society outside of church, temple, or mosques. The government needs to keep church and state separate. I want my government to make decisions based on The Constitution, not The Bible. The law of the land always comes before the law of the religion. And since we are all given certain unalienable rights and among those rights are the life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Hearing that, gay marriage should be legal because it is part of the pursuit of happiness and does not affect the public good in a negative way.

Dylan carried a sign that stated “Worship Satan.” Although I do not at all agree with that statement, it was hilarious to see next to the Westboro Crazies. You would see “God H8s Fags” and “your pastors are whores” and then you would see Dylan holding his sign stating “Worship Satan” you would have yourself a good laugh.

Two people showed up at this protest who wore t-shirts that said “Army” on them and were in the service. Tiffany quickly introduced herself to them and thanked them for their service. Her little brother is in the service.

While we waited, some people made jokes that maybe they got in an accident on the way here. Maia then yelled out “Thank God!” although thanking God on that is very unchristian like for me, I have to admit, that would have been amazing. We would have gotten rid of eight people in one of the biggest hate groups in the United States.

Fifteen minutes later, they didn’t show. I checked my twitter for news on them on why they didn’t show up. There was nothing on the Crazies twitters.

Ten minutes later, all of us were wrapping things up. The Crazies didn’t show. We all did a dance of victory and to celebrate even more, two girls kissed. One of the best ways to protest a homophobic group.

After that, Maia and I went home and I took a shower. I was in the same vicinity as those Crazies; of course I needed to shower!

Thinking back at my day, I honestly can say there is nothing in my life that I have done that I am prouder of then this.  I went out to a hate group and counter protested against their messages of hate. I stood up for what I believe in and Maia’s right to marry whoever the heck she wants to marry. I met some awesome people and had a great life experience.

There is nothing I would change when it came to my day with Westboro. If they come back, I will be there in a heartbeat to counter protest again. This is 2012, there is no room for intolerance and homophobia anymore.
